In the first picture, the Embryo is between the "+" signs and is 7.2mm long in this first ultrasound. Only four weeks old at this point. In the second picture... It's a girl!!! She is 18 weeks old and lying on her back in this picture. The cute nose she inherited from her father is fully visible.
